Mindshare is a global media agency network consisting of 7,000+ employees, in 116 offices across 86 countries and with billings in excess of US$34.5 billion.
As part of the global brand refresh, the story of Mindshare was redeveloped inline with the new visual identity and company values of speed, teamwork and provocation.
Using the new conceptual brand library my team produced an animation which guided the viewer through a narrated story which saw the protagonist – the cyclist – moving through various conceptual worlds that represent the scale of the network.
The animation was also produced into a printed book. To replicate the fluid animation and layered 2D format, every dps is mirrored with a central foreground page being page laser cut to reveal and conceal text and the cyclist.
2,000 copies of the book were produced on the litho press and laser cut using one of the world first motion laser cutters.
The books were distributed to each of the 86 local markets around the Mindshare network.
